Payment Options
Ordering:
Online ordering can be received 24 hours x 7 days a week,
365 days a year. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST are
generally processed the next business day; however,
we make every attempt to ship orders the same day they are
received. Orders received during the weekend will be
processed the following Monday, except when a holiday
falls. We will accept orders from the USA, Canada and select
International locations. Canadian and International customers are advised
to contact us directly about the order and shipping options.
Payments:
NetCablesPlus accepts
many forms of payment including; Visa, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express. We also accept Paypal, money orders,
and corporate checks (see Payment by
PO) by mail. You can safely enter your credit card number
via our secure server (see our Privacy Policy). This process
ensures that all information submitted is encrypted and
secure using Network Solution's Secure Link SSL technology and payment
processing.
Sales Tax:
If ordering from within Rhode Island, applicable tax will
appear on the final invoice. If a sales tax exemption applies
to your organization, a valid tax
exemption certificate is required to be on file at
NetCablesPlus prior to all order processing. For
orders outside of Rhode Island, the purchaser assumes any
valid tax liability.
Warranty:
All standard cables and parts carry a limited lifetime
warranty against manufacturer defects. If your cable should
fail please contact NetCablesPlus to obtain an RMA
number, and we will gladly replace
it with an equivalent product. This replacement warranty is limited to
the value of the cable and is void if the assembly has been
subjected to physical damage. NetCablesPlus
reserves the right to either repair or replace items covered
by warranty at our sole discretion.
Shipping:
NetCablesPlus will guarantee the shipment of in stock
items provided your order has passed our credit or
accounting authorization processes. We cannot be responsible
for delays in shipments caused by weather, system failures,
local or regional disasters or other causes outside of our
control. If your order consists of custom assemblies, you
will be provided a manufacturing and shipping date. If
additional information is needed to expedite your order, a
representative from our company may contact you. |
